Volume 1, Issue 3

Effective computer-based tutorials may be realized within a Mathematica
Notebook environment. To assess the suitability of Mathematica for
creating effective computer-based tutorials, the authors have written a
Mathematica tutorial on a statistical technique, median polish,
and tested it in an experimental setting. The results of that experiment
are analyzed and presented along with conclusions as to the value of Mathematica
as a tutorial vehicle.
