CleanSlate: A Package for Clearing Symbols and Freeing Memory

Volume 3, Issue 3
Summer 1993
Todd Gayley

CleanSlate is a package for clearing variables and freeing memory. It can be used to wipe out everything that has been defined since the kernel was started, or to selectively remove packages or user-defined symbols. This column describes how to use the package, and discusses some of the programming issues involved.
