Integrating Mathematica into Prolog

We present an integration of Mathematica into Prolog using MathLink.
We illustrate the interplay between the different components by evaluating
a simple example. The motivation based on algebraic modeling ó as well
as an application to combinatorial group theory ó is briefly sketched.
