Plots of the apparent equilibrium constant as a function of temperature T, pH, pMg, and ionic strength I can be obtained by using the function
graphic2D. All of the parameters needed by
graphic2D have already been defined and specified with the following exceptions.
graphic3D can be used to produce three-dimensional plots of the apparent equilibrium constant as a function of any two of the following independent variables: temperature T, pH, pMg, and ionic strength I. The use of this function is essentially the same as that of
graphic2D except that one must specify the following parameters.
Note that if the surfaces are not smooth enough, the value(s) of
npts2 should be increased.
