Physical Chemistry offers the basic academic theory of physical chemistry.
The text contains
reference appendices and sections on thermodynamics, quantum
chemistry, statistical mechanics and kinetics, and macroscopic and
microscopic structures. Included in the book are many practical problems with applications
from physical chemistry, two sets of chapter problems, computer
problems for use with Mathematica, as well as hand-held calculator
problems. The solutions manual contains answers to the calculator
problems. Mathematica notebooks supply the solutions for each of
the 136 computer problems.
A solutions manual of 229 pages (paperback) is also available.
